RETURN POLICY

We have a 30 day return policy on unused items. After 30 days from your purchase date there will be no refund of payment(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition received, unused with no damages. The item(s) should be returned with the original tags and packaging.
The following goods are exempt from being returned:
* Undergarments
* Beauty products
* Jewelry
Additional non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:
* Gift cards
* Items obvious signs of use or wear
* Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned items are received, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. Once your returned items are inspected, we will notify you via email of the refund approval or rejection.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within your banks allowed time frame.
Late or missing refunds
If it has been over three weeks from when you received your refund approval email take the following steps:
1. Check with your bank to ensure there is not a hold on the fund reversal. There is often some processing time before refunds are made available.
2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posts.

Sale items
Only regular priced items purchased without a sale or discount code may be refunded. Sale items or discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, send us an email at myvoicemyfight@gmail.com with image proofs of the defective or damaged items. We will review the email and respond within 5 business days via email. If the exchange is approved, please send your item to: 7950 N Glen Drive, Irving, TX, 75063, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a My Voice My Fight gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling cost for returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee a refund if your returned item(s) are never received. You will need to provide proof of shipping for us to complete a full review.
